One of the first th...Sounds so good and refreshing! One of the first things we do in the summer is make a HUGE (5 gallons or more) of fruit slush for the freezer. It's a lot like your fruit/juice mixture (Ours has lots of bananas too) but I freeze it in half gallon containers or those rectangular soft margarine containers. Less waste using reusable containers and we usually eat that much in one setting anyway. We don't have a microwave anymore but you could probably just nuk it in there for a couple of minutes to soften it enough to scoop out with an ice cream scoop. We set ours in hot water for a few minutes. I also make popsicles out of homemade yogurt or homemade pudding.
