Meadow Tea

Meadow Tea Concentrate

Bring 4 quarts water to boil


Add 4 cups sugar and dissolve

Add 12 cups (packed) tender stems and leaves 

Boil for 10 Minutes and let set. - Longer for stronger tea.
Strain with fine strainer or cheese cloth to remove leaves.

This recipe makes 4-5 quarts of syrup.  


After it cools down, freeze concentrate in quart containers. 

Gallon of Cold Meadow Tea:


Pour 1 quart concentrate into a one gallon pitcher.  
Add water to fill one gallon. 
Chill.
