Fiddleheads

Check out youtube for videos on how to wash and prepare Fiddleheads.
We tried it this weekend.
They taste similar to asparagus.
I really enjoyed them with fresh Walleye!
Make sure you don't get the ones with white fuzzys on them. They are not edible.
The kind with the "brown paper bag"  look are the ones that you want.
