Fruit Pizza

Crust:

Cream together till smooth:

1/2 Cup of shortening (I use coconut oil)
1/2 Cup of White Sugar
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar


Add and beat until fluffy:
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla

Then add:

2 1/2 Cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup of buttermilk or sour milk
(You can also use regular milk, just increase the baking powder to 2 tsp instead of 1 tsp.)


Cream Cheese Layer:


8 oz cream cheese
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Cream together  and spread onto cooled crust.
Decorate with your choice of fruit.

Strawberries
Raspberries
Kiwi
Peaches
Pineapples
Grapes
