Snickerdoodles

Cream together:

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs

Mix together and add to creamed mixture:

1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
2 1/2 cups flour

Shape into balls and roll in to a cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
